Ingredient list
½ cup olive oil 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. Dijon mustard ½ small shallot, finely grated (about 1 tsp.) 2 tsp. minced fresh tarragon leaves or chives ½ tsp. table salt ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
- Whisk all ingredients in a small non-reactive bowl until blended and creamy. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a small jar, seal tightly with lid, and shake until mixture is blended and creamy.
