Mustard Vinaigrette with Lemon and Fine Herbs

Ingredient list

½ cup olive oil 2 Tbs. juice from 1 lemon 4 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 small shallot, finely grated (about 2 tsp.) 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley 2 tsp. minced fresh chervil 2 tsp. minced fresh tarragon 2 tsp. minced fresh chives ½ tsp. table salt ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation

- Whisk all ingredients in small non-reactive bowl until blended and creamy. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a small jar, seal tightly with a lid, and shake until mixture is blended and creamy.
