Ingredient list

1 (12-oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup mayonnaise 4 Tbs. olive oil 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon) 1 tsp. sugar ¾ tsp. salt ½ tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation

- Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add red peppers, then rest of ingredients. Process until smooth.
