Spicy (or Mild) Peanut Sauce

Ingredient list

1 cup chicken broth 3 Tbs. peanut butter 2 Tbs. soy sauce 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 tsp. hot chili oil 2 Tbs. fresh chopped cilantro

Preparation

- In a small saucepan, whisk together broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil and chili oil. Set pan over medium heat, bring to a simmer and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.
